Delivery in Egypt

Delivery costs EGP 100 within Cairo and EGP 120 in other Egyptian governorates. The delivery charge and final total are shown before you place your order. Payment is cash on delivery.

Returns and exchanges

Submit a return or exchange request within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer pays return shipping unless the issue is our responsibility.

If you ordered through an account, open My PDV, choose the order and item, and submit the reason for your request. You can follow the request status from your account.

If you ordered as a guest, email orders@pleindevieshops.com with your order number, the item, whether you need a return or exchange, and the reason. Our team will verify the order and review your request.

Our team confirms eligibility, return arrangements, shipping responsibility and any price difference during review. Submitting a request does not automatically issue a refund or reserve an exchange item.
